SHIPPING

Carmela's Custom Creations ships only to the United States. All items are carefully packed and shipped by USPS insured mail. Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days due to custom design. Standard delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days within the continental United States. Your estimated shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart.

JEWELRY RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund minus a $10.00 processing fee. The item must be returned by insured mail in original condition. Please package the item securely, label it clearly and include a copy of your invoice. Do not send any package C.O.D. as we will not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Refunds typically require 1-2 billing cycles to be reflected on your credit card. Refund checks will be mailed within 14 days of receipt of the item.

BATH & BODY PRODUCTS

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of product to our customers. Defective/damaged merchandise will be replaced with an identical item. Email us with any problems.

HAND CROCHETED ITEMS

We feel certain that every person who orders any of our products will be completely satisfied. However, in the event that there is something unsatisfactory about your purchase, we will be happy to work on the problem for you. Due to the fact that these are custom ordered items, we will offer a refund for only one item, however, we would be happy to offer an exchange for any other items. Please note that we are not responsible for color variance; all dye lots will vary slightly in hue. If you would like to exchange your product(s), simply ship the item(s) back to us (sorry, you will have to pay for return shipping) within 5 days of receipt with a note for what item(s) you would like in exchange.
